Account Manager

Avoid the dreaded city commute. If you live on the Northern Beaches this is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, established agency that has recently relocated to Brookvale. You will work on a variety of accounts including a number of prestige international brands, many of which are in the tourism industry. 

You’ll be an experienced Account Manager, with a successful track record across print, digital, DM & advertising, who enjoys being responsible for managing projects from start to finish. We provide marketing solutions across multiple channels however this role primarily involves the creative and print design / production side of our agency.

Eligible candidates will need at least 4 years’ hands-on agency or design studio experience in a client-facing role.

responsibilities/

as an account manager you will be responsible for delivering the desired client and agency outcomes for all the projects you manage, including:

  • Taking and interpreting briefs from clients
  • Managing projects from brief through to delivery
  • Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Briefing creative team and managing work to client and agency expectations
  • Managing client expectations in delivering projects on time and on budget
  • Managing and maintain good supplier relationships
  • Creating cost estimates and managing budgets
  • Presenting creative and campaign work to clients
  • Contributing to new business pitches and other client projects as required

  • Client focused and results driven
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects 
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A sound understanding of marketing
  • Knowledge of production requirements for various media, print and online
  • Experience within the tourism industry would be highly regarded
