TravelManagers is part of a large trans-Tasman travel agency group providing a “personal and tailor-made travel service” through an extensive network of highly experienced “Personal Travel Managers” (PTMs).
Personal Travel Managers provide a one-on-one travel consultancy service and will travel to their clients to do so. Following years of successful growth, TravelManagers developed a fresh new brand and em creative/digital was engaged to help take the brand to market.
We developed a robust, new consumer website that would form the hub for their consumer marketing. Among other things, the new site hosts individual profiles of each PTM and allows them to manage and update their profiles as required. All enquiries to the website are directed to a PTM and the website has a multi-layered search facility that allows customers to find their “nearest PTM” or one that specialises in a destination or travel type. Additionally, it provides or facilitates a range of other marketing support.
Using the new brand guidelines, we designed and produced various pieces of personalised marketing collateral which included travel vouchers, gift cards, honeymoon vouchers and honeymoon registry cards, fridge magnets and more.
A comprehensive recruitment brochure was created to promote the virtues of the brand to potential new Personal Travel Managers. Ongoing work includes a range of new digital initiatives.
