The team at Enterprise Marketing fit comfortably into this culture.

Our senior management team has a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, design, production and project management. Our account managers are all graduates in marketing, communication or similar disciplines while our creative staff are extremely talented in their respective fields.

Enterprise Marketing enjoys a high level of staff retention with many exceeding 10 years of service. Some who have left to travel overseas or work with other organisations have returned to us bringing with them new ideas and experiences.

The Enterprise Management Team

Joe Cristaudo - Founder & Managing Director Has extensive marketing experience in Australia and overseas. During the years prior to establishing Enterprise Marketing he held senior marketing positions with organisations in Australia and the UK. Since then, Joe has worked with numerous leading companies and has been responsible for many national and international marketing initiatives. As well as personally managing some accounts, he maintains an active interest in all projects undertaken by the company, and in particular when there are strategic issues involved.

Denise Berthelot - Director and General Manager Denise is a director of Enterprise Marketing and has been with the company since its inception. She manages a portfolio of accounts and also controls the operational management of the business. With over 25 years experience in advertising and marketing, Denise assists clients in a hands-on role from strategy to delivery. With particular skills in project management and high volume production, Denise has the knowledge and expertise to undertake projects on a small-scale domestic or large-scale international basis.

Chris McInnes - Director of Design & Technology Chris graduated with distinction from RMIT (Melbourne) in 1986, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication. He co-founded HypoDesign, a totally digital design studio, in 1991 before moving to Sydney in 1992 to take up the position of Studio Manager with Enterprise Marketing. Chris has over 20 years experience in design and marketing, and has lectured on the subject at RMIT. Chris is extremely talented in all aspects of design, production, print communication and online media. Chris heads our online division with responsibility for all digital marketing projects.

Creative Team Our creative staff are talented, tertiary qualified and experienced professionals.

Online Team Headed by Chris McInnes, the Enterprise Marketing online team bring a wealth of experience and tech savvy to all digital marketing projects. The team of designers, producers, developers and account managers are constantly developing new and exciting ways to deliver effective online marketing solutions. Together they can deliver virtually any online solution, from online advertising and search marketing to dynamic websites and custom-designed software.

Account Management Our account managers and co-ordinators are graduates in marketing, communications or industry specific disciplines.
