Our History
At our very first office in Milsons Point, we work with Travelstrength (CBA), State Bank Travel, Club Naitasi Fiji, Minghua Cruises, to name a few.
Expand tourism clients and launch merchandise operation for Commonwealth Bank. Sourced, designed, produced and managed print. Regular mailings to 1,500,000 CBA card holders. Five years, 20,000,000 catalogues!
Working with many iconic brands in the tourism industry: Tourism NSW, Aircruising Australia, Hamilton Island, Traveland, Swingaway Holidays, Thomas Cook, American Express (Travel). Multiple award winner for travel brochures.
International print production with Cunard Lines and Insight Vacations. 1,500,000 brochures annually, 9 countries, 7 languages. Across the board BTL support in Australia.
em starts offering digital services. We are early adopters of websites using a Content Management System and co-develop our own.
Enterprise Marketing becomes em creative and Fuse Digital. As digital expands, Fuse Digital is created as a specialist digital team within the agency. We win multiple awards for the Cypress Lakes Resort website (best hotel website).
We develop the first iPad App in the Australian tourism industry for P&O Cruises. We launch websites for the first Chinese car brands in Australia (Great Wall & Chery).
Having two brands is no longer relevant so we combine em Creative and Fuse Digital into em creative / digital.
Growing our digital and creative teams, increasing our strong tourism and hospitality presence whilst expanding our services across automotive, health, construction, childcare, insurance and environmental services.
We moved to Brookvale on Sydney’s northern beaches in a modern office, offering our team a life-style environment, with easy access to public transport and shops.
Appointed as an approved contractor to Local Government Procurement (LGP), for marketing, creative and digital services.
Launched Embrace Interactive – the latest in customer engagement tools. It transforms the customer experience with applications spanning digital brochures, brand and promotional pieces, planning guides, product presentation tools, lead generation destination highlights and more..
