Founded 20 years ago by brothers, Andre and Courtney Ellis, Outback Spirit Tours specialises in premium small group expeditions to some of Australia’s most remote and iconic regions. In addition to the tours Outback Spirit has owns a range of luxury safari style accommodation across Arnhem Land and the Kimberley.
em has worked with Outback spirit across a period of some 10 years, initially to upgrade their entire suite of marketing and advertising communications. That included brochures, websites, advertising, direct marketing and SEM. During the ensuing seven years Outback Spirit experienced such extraordinary growth that it allowed them to invest in their own internal marketing capabilities and they took over the work that em had been doing.
A strong relationship continued to prevail and in 2019 Outback Spirit re-engaged em to undertake their SEM and social marketing activities.
Commencing with a full analysis and then restructure of the current campaigns, em updated the PPC advertising with revised ad copy, improved keyword selection and better segmentation. Additionally lookalike campaigns were introduced and Facebook advertising revamped. This led to an increase in visitation at a much lower CCP, and resulted in significantly increased bookings.
