Sunrise Estates is an innovative land release about twenty minutes north-west of Katherine in the Northern Territory.
The client saw what we had done with Horizon on The Harbour, in Newcastle, and approached us to handle the marketing for this project.
We rebuilt an existing website to promote the lifestyle appeal of living on a rural property just 20 minutes from the city of Katherine.
Drone footage of flyovers is used to give prospective buyers a literal “bids eye view” of each property – an ideal way for them to see what they could potentially be buying.
Our client’s family has a strong connection in that area and and we were asked to include that aspect.
The development is being promoted through a digital advertising and social media campaign to drive potential buyers to the website.
