Verve Residences, Newcastle’s, newest, tallest and most magnificent development is a multiple Architectural award winner.
We were engaged during the latter part of the project when the property market was starting to wane. Our brief was to help boost sales of the remaining luxury apartments during 2019.
Our work commenced with a revamp the existing website including proper tracking and reporting of enquiries. Existing social media channels were updated and some SEM was carried out. New press advertisements were created using actual photography of a completed and furnished apartment; new videos were produced and used on the website as well as social media. An eDM campaign was launched to all previous enquiries that hadn’t yet purchased and a new TVC was created for a television campaign that was supported by a quality letterbox insert.
When the development won several awards in early 2020, these were quickly publicised through the website and social media.
